These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ANVRY Prime website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

ANVRY Prime provides technology services including custom trading indicators, dashboards, automation workflows, and locally-deployed software solutions as mutually agreed in a proposal or written communication.

No Financial Advice

We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, portfolio management, or any guarantee of returns. All trading decisions are made by the client at their own risk.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements and timely feedback for development.
• Ensure compliance with broker/platform rules and applicable laws/regulations.
• Test the delivered software/tools in a safe environment before live usage.

Delivery, Changes & Scope

• Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in the proposal/statement of work.
• Any additional features or changes outside scope may require revised pricing/timelines.
• We may refuse requests that are illegal, unsafe, or violate platform terms.

Payments

Payment terms (advance, milestones, final delivery) will be specified in the proposal/invoice. Delays in payment may delay delivery or support.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Pre-existing tools, templates, and reusable components remain the property of ANVRY Prime.
• Client-specific configuration and deliverables may be licensed for the client’s personal/business use.
• Unauthorized resale or redistribution of the delivered software/tools is not permitted.

Confidentiality

We treat client shared strategy details as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed solution.

Warranty Disclaimer

All services and deliverables are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free performance, especially where third-party platforms, data feeds, brokers, or network conditions are involved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANVRY Prime shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use of our tools/services.

Termination

Either party may terminate engagement as per the agreed proposal terms. Completed work up to the termination date may be invoiced as applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable region.
